Bonuscard is responsible for your personal data under the Swedish Personal Data Act (1998: 204). Your personal data is stored in Sweden and processed within our company and affiliated stores.

What do we use your personal data for

By submitting your personal data you agree that we use collected data to fulfill our commitments to you and provide the service you expect. We need your personal data for the following purposes:

If you want to create a personal account at a store connected to the Bonuscard (eg your name and e-mail address).

In order to send news and other information to you, by text message or by e-mail (eg your mobile number or e-mail address)

In order to analyze your personal data to provide you with relevant marketing, offers and information (such as names, shopping habits)

Your data is only stored for as long as required to perform our services or as long as required by law. After that, your data will be deleted. We can not delete your data when there is a legal storage requirement, such as the accounting law or when there is a legal basis for retaining certain data, such as an ongoing contractual agreement.

What are your legal rights?

You are entitled to request information about the personal data we have about you. If your data is incorrect, incomplete or irrelevant, you may request that the data be corrected or removed. You also have the right to request registry exemptions on the personal data we have registered for you once a year. You may revoke your consent at any time to use your data for marketing purposes. You will then contact your local store.

Who gets access to the data?

We will not distribute / sell / exchange your data to third parties for marketing purposes outside of Bonuscard and the company partners.
